Autumn Equinox

  • Also known to some as Mabon, can be looked at as a sort of Thanksgiving for those that have Earth-based spiritualities.  It is a time of balance, Day and night are equal, but darkness is soon to win.  It is also known as the second harvest. A time to be thankful for what we have accomplished and begin to do some self reflection before starting new projects.  It is the beginning of the astrological sign of Libra.  For me it is a time to pause.  It is a good time to start a yoga series or meditation class.  Find a sit spot. Observe rituals for this part of the year

This share we  are focused on revitalizing you from the intense summer sun and keeping your immune system strong as we prepare for cold, flu, and allergy season.
